Takes about 10 minutes online. A licensed provider reviews your responses. You receive a Letter of Medical Necessity good for 12 months. One-time $20 fee.
Forward the Letter to us. We set up your monthly draft to your HSA or FSA card. From there it runs in the background. No further paperwork.
Yes, with the right medical necessity documentation. We work with Truemed, a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) provider. Once you have an active LMN, your Rumble membership becomes an HSA/FSA-eligible expense.
Roughly 30%, depending on your tax bracket. HSA and FSA contributions are pre-tax, so paying for a $189/month Unlimited membership with HSA dollars costs you about $130 in take-home pay equivalent.
You answer a short health questionnaire on Truemed's platform. A licensed provider reviews your responses and issues a Letter of Medical Necessity that covers Rumble for 12 months. We then process your membership payments through your HSA/FSA card or reimbursement.
There is a one-time $20 fee for the Letter of Medical Necessity. The LMN is good for 12 months, so even a single month of HSA-paid Unlimited membership ($189 vs ~$130 effective) more than recovers the fee.
Truemed's questionnaire covers conditions where targeted exercise is part of the treatment plan: anxiety, depression, hypertension, pre-diabetes, obesity, chronic stress, and others. Most members qualify.
Both. The same Letter of Medical Necessity covers Flexible Spending Account (FSA) eligibility. FSAs use it or lose it, so HSA/FSA paying for Rumble is one of the better ways to spend down a FSA balance before year end.
The intro 3-for-$49 isn't routinely run through HSA because it's a one-time low-dollar purchase and the LMN process is more useful for ongoing memberships. Pay out of pocket for the intro, then enroll your monthly membership through HSA/FSA.
All of our monthly memberships: 4 Pack ($99), 8 Pack ($149), Unlimited ($189). Pay-in-full options like the Season Pass and Annual Unlimited are also eligible once the LMN is active.
With the Letter of Medical Necessity from Truemed, yes. The LMN is the IRS-required documentation that turns a gym membership into a qualified medical expense. We don't have to argue with your HSA provider; the paperwork does the arguing.
Most members complete the Truemed questionnaire in under 10 minutes and have their LMN within 24-48 hours. Once you have it, send it to us and we'll set up HSA/FSA billing on your account.
Use your HSA or FSA. Save roughly 30%. The intro is 3 classes for $49 (paid out of pocket), then enroll monthly through Truemed.
