Yes. The earliest weekday class is 5:30am. Many Windward / Deerfield-area members take the 5:30am or 7am class before the office.
Tight but possible if your team is flexible. We don't currently run a fixed noon class, so check the live schedule on the homepage. The 9:30am class is the most common pre-meeting option.
First-timers can try a free intro class three times a week (Sat 12 noon, Sun 12:30 PM, Wed 6:45 PM) — each capped at 15 spots, so call (404) 400-2386 to grab one. After that, membership options start at $99/month. HSA/FSA eligible.
